The courses' Zoom links (where applicable) will be sent to registered attendees before classes start. For classes that are on-demand "video only," video links will be sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Current and retired Lipscomb faculty and staff are eligible for a 50% discount of all in-person/Zoom classes and video-only classes when registering using this downloadable registration form. (IN PERSON & ZOOM) We continue our examination of the NT world with a five-week series on the archaeology of Paul. The illustrated lectures look at the world he brought the gospel to through archaeology. We will explore topics like his identity, what the cities were like and why people reacted the way they did.

(IN PERSON & ZOOM) In the middle of the 20th century, America’s three major novelists received the Nobel Prize for literature—William Faulkner in 1950, Ernest Hemingway in 1954 and John Steinbeck in 1962. Our text for the class will be Steinbeck’s The Long Valley (1938). It contains 13 outstanding stories that showcase his various interests and literary skills. Some attention will be given to his longer works, many of them also prize winners.
